This report has been prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards, the Semiconductors Sustainability Accounting Standard issued by the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). This report was also verified by DNV Business Assurance Co., Ltd. in March 2023 according to DNV VeriSustainTM Protocol and the AA1000 Assurance Standard v3 TYPE II, High level assurance.
