MyUMC
MyUMC
is UMC's full-service customer information portal that gives our
customers easy access to our world-class foundry services by providing
a total online supply chain solution. This application offers 24-hour
access to detailed account information such as manufacturing, engineering,
design and financial data through each user's own personalized MyUMC
start page.
Some of the features
available through MyUMC
include:
Technical Data Service
MyUMC
lets users access UMC's Technical Data Service database (TDS). Through
TDS, customers can gather and download the data they need to design
into UMC technology, including resources such as Global Rules, Spice
models, Cell Rules, Design Command Files (DRC, LVC, LPE), and Characterization
reports. The availability of these features online ensures that
customers can begin the fabrication process at UMC quickly and smoothly.
Logistics
Using the logistics function of MyUMC,
customers can view the status of their orders from the start of
production to the final shipping stages. Users have access to WIP
reports, shipping reports, process flow information, weekly delivery
updates, and many other resources, to provide a truly transparent
manufacturing environment. Customers can track their wafers through
the entire manufacturing process from the convenience of any standard
web browser.
Engineering Data Analysis
Another tool that can be accessed through MyUMC
is UMC's Engineering Data Analysis system (EDA). EDA gives customers
online, real-time access to the same manufacturing data used by
our fab engineers, such as Inline, WAT, and C/P reports. These can
then be correlated to show the relationships between the different
field data. Customers can then analyze and use this information
to help improve product yield. With the EDA system, customers play
a direct role in maximizing the production efficiency of their product.
Quality Report
The Quality Report function allows customers to obtain the yield
information and test performance of their wafer lots during the
different stages of the manufacturing process. Some of the useful
features available are reliability reports, circuit probe results,
raw data trend charts, detailed yield reports, and OQA inspection
reports.
