聯電先進0.13微米CMOS製程技術,提供AMCC智慧光學網路最佳解決方案

之0.13微米CMOS製程技術產品樣本已完成後, 聯電繼續與AMCC攜手為新興的智慧光學網路產品, 尋求最佳解決方案. AMCC上季宣佈生產之交錯型
(crossbar) 交換機晶片nPX8005, 使用聯電先進八層銅與低介電值阻絕層之0.13微米製程技術, 故可維持高效能與低耗電之量產,
是Metro Access及Metro Core交換機之最佳化應用; 另外AMCC之S3485晶片亦是業界耗電最低之OC-48收發器.
