聯華電子與美商捷碼公司完成65奈米設計單元資料庫特性分析

晶圓廠利用SiliconSmart軟體，可為設計單元資料庫組提供更快速的處理能力與精確性，以及更佳的自動化效能

聯華電子今日(4日)與半導體設計軟體供應商美商捷碼設計自動化有限公司(Magma Design Automation Inc.)共同宣佈，使用捷碼公司的SiliconSmart^TM軟體，聯華電子內部自行發展的65奈米設計單元資料庫已完成特性分析。此項設計單元資料庫支援合成電流源（composite current source，CCS）、高效電流源模型（effective current source model，ECSM）之格式，聯華電子將提供這些設計單元資料庫，以提昇客戶在奈米設計時序與噪音的表現。
