UMC Files Form 20-F for 2014 with US Securities and Exchange Commission

 

Taipei, Taiwan, April 21, 2015 – United Microelectronics Corporation (NYSE: UMC; TWSE: 2303) (“UMC”), today filed its 2014 annual report on Form 20-F with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The report is available at http://www.umc.com/english/investors/Reports/2010-present_report.asp
