passed in the General Shareholders' Meeting. After approval
is received from the SFC (Securities and Future Commission)
of the Ministry of Finance for dividend distribution, the
chairman is authorized to set a dividend record date.

listed stocks after registering to Taiwan Stock Exchanges.
For registration, a partial list of requirements
include:
1. Documents showing the applicant's status

2. Documents proving the appointment of the agent, the custodian
bank and the tax guarantor for the applicant.
3. Other documents required by Financial Supervisory Commission,
Executive Yuan.
These requirements may be subject to amendment at any time.
