UMC Files Form 20-F for 2022 with US Securities and Exchange Commission

Taipei, Taiwan, April 27, 2023 – United Microelectronics Corporation (NYSE: UMC; TWSE: 2303) (“UMC”), today filed its 2022 annual report on Form 20-F with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The report is available at https://www.umc.com/en/Download/annual_reports.
