If the evidence of the case is insufficient and the whistleblower cannot be contacted, UMC can only keep the case on record and close it.
In order to investigate and/or resolve the issue as soon as possible, please provide as much detailed information and documents as possible. Please note that If there is insufficient information and documents, it will be difficult for UMC to conduct an investigation.
You shall maintain the confidentiality of any of information of any communications between you and UMC. Unless otherwise required by law, you can neither bring a lawsuit for the information of any communication between you and UMC, nor file a lawsuit by using information of any communication between you and UMC.
