聯華電子今日 (4日) 與半導體設計軟體供應商美商捷碼設計自動化有限公司 (Magma^® Design Automation Inc.) 共同宣佈，使用捷碼公司的SiliconSmart™ 軟體，聯華電子內部自行發展的 65 奈米設計單元資料庫已完成特性分析。此項設計單元資料庫支援合成電流源 (composite current source，CCS)、高效電流源模型 (effective current source model，ECSM) 之格式，聯華電子將提供這些設計單元資料庫，以提昇客戶在奈米設計時序與噪音的表現。
